Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipping times are only estimates and vary due to the time of year and location. Your order will include a tracking number to allow you to check the status of your package.
- USPS First Class Package (2-5 Business Days* DOMESTIC)
- USPS Priority Package (up to $100 insurance) (2-3 Business Days* DOMESTIC)
- USPS First Class International* (7 Business Days or Longer - Varies due to customs/location)
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Processing time for ready to ship items is 2-4 business days* depending on the volume of orders I may have at the time. Made to order items have their own separate processing times to be created.. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact me! I usually to beat this processing estimate but I do have a good volume of orders and want to take care and time with each order individually to make sure it's perfect. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

There is only one person behind the scenes at Aura Luna, so please try to be understanding - I work hard to get your items out as fast as possible without sacrificing the quality.
*************Stolen or missing packages are an unfortunate situation, and are EXTREMELY rare. It is YOUR responsibility to give the correct address at checkout, if it's wrong please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to fix it right away. Stolen or missing packages, once they have been marked as delivered, are not the responsibility of Aura Luna. You will need to communicate with your mail delivery person and your local post office to locate your package or file a federal claim for stolen mail. Please keep an eye on your tracking number. All packages are sent in either small 3.5x3.5in boxes or 6x9in mailers, and should easily fit inside of your mailbox - please make sure they are going to a safe location.
Domestic orders also have the option to select whether or not they would like to purchase Priority shipping. Priority shipping comes with insurance up to $100, in case of missing or stolen packages.
PLEASE REMEMBER THE HOLIDAYS ARE BUSY AND ADJUST YOUR DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS ACCORDINGLY :)
I always want you to be happy with every piece you purchase from Aura Luna, however, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for any of my pieces - because most pieces are one of a kind, I photograph each piece from multiple angles so you know exactly what you are purchasing before you buy it. Rings that are Made to Order are made specifically for you. I'm a very understanding and flexible person, if you are truly unhappy with a piece you receive I will usually work with you, so please send me an email with your concerns and we can work together to make it right. :) xoxo
