How long does shipping/processing take?
Processing time (the time it takes for me to get your order packed up and ready to go) for ready to ship items is 2-4 business days* depending on the volume of orders I may have at the time. Made to order items have their own separate processing times. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact me.
*Business days DO NOT include SATURDAY or SUNDAY. There is only one person behind the scenes at Aura Luna, so please try to be understanding - I work hard to get your items out as fast as possible without sacrificing quality and without burning out by working 24/7. I do choose to work the weekends frequently but do this at my own discretion.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipping times are only estimates and vary due to the time of year and location. Domestic orders usually take a week or less - this all varies though and depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. Your order will include a tracking number to allow you to check the status of your package either through an e-mail or phone number provided at checkout. If you provide an incorrect contact e-mail or number you'll miss out on your order notifications.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I do ship any and all jewelry internationally! Select stained glass pieces are not available to be shipped at the moment due to size. These orders also ship through USPS. Shipping times vary from country to country, but my processing time as stated above remains the same.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
***Stolen or missing packages are an unfortunate situation, and are extremely rare. It is your responsibility to give the correct address at checkout, if it's wrong please contact me immediately, either via Instagram direct messages or email. Stolen or missing packages, once they have been marked as delivered, are not the responsibility of Aura Luna. You will need to communicate with your mail delivery person and your local post office to locate your package or file a federal claim for stolen mail. Please keep an eye on your tracking number to make sure you receive your precious cargo.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the unique, handmade nature of Aura Luna, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I take the time to photograph each piece in natural light, and at multiple angles to represent my pieces fairly and honestly. Please make note that colors and shades will vary slightly from screen to screen. This is something extremely common with online shopping and the customer should always be aware of this - however, I try to describe the basic color of my pieces in each listing as well. Any custom pieces or made-to-order rings cannot be exchanged or returned, as they were created specifically for you after the time of purchase. If you have received a ring and it doesn't fit, and I can verify that the size is exactly what you asked for, I will not offer an exchange or a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct sizing information. If a piece is damaged upon receiving, please contact me immediately with photographs so that I may begin working with you to offer a replacement - I never want you to receive damaged goods from my shop and will do everything to make it right. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for returns, period. I am not liable for damages to any glass piece from Aura Luna after it has been hung up in your home, please take care and hang properly.
